Recently, my colleagues in the project team have been working overtime for the past few days. Although overtime is compensated, I hold a negative attitude towards the purpose and significance of overtime. I feel that the entire development process is chaotic and the development efficiency is very low, resulting in repetitive work every day. If the efficiency improves, will there be no need for overtime?
Today, I finished work after 10 o'clock and suddenly felt a bit lost on the way back. Looking at the bustling crowd outside the car window, I suddenly felt a sense of loss. It has been almost two years since I graduated, from leaving university to entering society. This period of time is a process of growth and continuous decision-making for me. Regardless of whether the choices are right or wrong, I must try my best.
At work, due to changes in the work environment, there is definitely a process of adaptation to a certain extent. During working hours, completing work tasks is the main focus, and I also familiarize myself with the projects I will be taking over and see if there are any areas that can be learned from. I try to record useful things as much as possible. Outside of working hours, I try to make up for the knowledge I lack. For example, recently I have been reviewing design patterns, annotations, generics, reflection, and other related knowledge.
In short, I have been a bit slack and restless during this period of time. I hope to calm down and prove with practical actions that "input leads to output". Only by persistently inputting and learning can valuable things be written. If the update frequency is low, it means I have become slack again. Keep it up!
